Removing one of two Posts that are the same

Location: Westchester NY		 Removing one of two Posts that are the same

How do I remove the second post that is the same as the first. The little (x) does not show up for removing a post. Im referring to the last post on the Horse Race posts. If you can tell me how to do it or you may do it your self. Thank You ---- =bob
